I had the privilege of serving as a Director Assistant for GPA Camps during the PSG (Personal Growth Program) from March 14th to 17th, catering to the needs of BUV students. It was an enriching experience, surrounded by remarkable individuals and working alongside an exceptional team.
Throughout Week 3 - Team Players, the atmosphere was vibrant with boundless energy and an undeniable sense of camaraderie among the BUV students. Witnessing their unwavering resilience and remarkable team spirit was truly inspiring. Together, we delved into mastering teamwork skills, fostering diverse team collaboration, and effectively managing conflicts.
Seeing this young generation, brimming with talent and quick learners, fills me with optimism for Vietnam's future. Their enthusiasm and adaptability are palpable, and I'm confident that their contributions will lead to a remarkable transformation in the near future. As they hone their skills and embrace new opportunities, the potential for growth and innovation is boundless. It's inspiring to witness firsthand the potential of these young individuals and the impact they will undoubtedly have on shaping Vietnam's trajectory.
